  • Important: vMail is compatible with Outlook versions 2007 & 2010. Make sure you CLOSE OUTLOOK before starting.
    When Outlook is closed, click on the Download Now button. When the dialog box appears click on the Open button

  • At the Outlook plugin dialog box, click and open the Setup folder and double click on the SynergyChat.exe file to start the installation
    process. Follow the instructions in the
    SynergyChat Wizard to complete the installation.
  • Open Outlook. Click on the SynergyChat icon
    located on the Outlook toolbar and click on the Set Credentials option.
    Enter your registered SynergyChat user name and password and click save to activate vMail for Outlook.
